The NeighbourFood App allows users to post and purchase excess food portions between each other. The purchase price is donated to charity, so both, the buyer and the seller, are doing good.

Simply register as a user and start posting your excess food or purchasing other users’ portions. Posting a portion is done with a few clicks: photo, name, ingredients, price and any additional information. Buying is even simpler. Add a payment method, find a portion you like, buy it and pick it up within 30 minutes of the purchase.

Reduce Food Waste - Instead of throwing away perfectly good food, let someone else enjoy it.

Do Good - By purchasing meals through NeighbourFood, the proceeds are directed to charity.

Cheap Meals - The price of the meal in NeighbourFood is what it costs to make it.

Healthy - A home cooked meal is a healthy alternative to fast food.

At the moment, the App is only available in Finland.
